Alcohol Consumption Regulation

I was trying to figure out how far in advance I should order the wine and beer from the liquor store for my wedding. Q and I went into a Liquor store and suprisingly found out that we need to apply for a private event liquor license. It would cost $25 and the liquor store will determine the amount of alcohol we can purchase and serve at our wedding! Since we are going to bring our wine to the reception at a Chinese restaurant, we thought the restaurant would have the liquor license and we don't need to worry about it at all.

We are still deciding on the drinks that we want to serve at our reception. Here are some ideas to consider:

Red wine:
Rosemount Diamond Label Shiraz
Wyndham Estate Bin 555 Shiraz 2004
Sawmill Creek Cabernet Sauvignon

White wine:
Pfaffenheim Gewürztraminer Steinert 2004
Sawmill Creek Riesling

Bubbly:
Martini Rossi Asti
Chamdeville Brut

Beer:
Sleeman Honey
Pilsner
